Instructions

First
and foremost, wash cut off both edges and peel the skin, thereafter, slice the
plantains into a bowl. Secondly, sprinkle with salt and toss to mix properly
and set aside.

Thirdly,
in a frying pan, heat your vegetable oil and gently stir in the sliced
plantains (space it out dont overcrowd the frying pan with plantain).

Lastly,
fry until color turns golden brown then flip to the other side and fry to
desired browning, remove from heat and transfer into a sieve. Fry the next batch
using the same process until none is left.
